How dividends are taxed in Algeria
Dividends paid by Algerian listed companies are normally subject to a 10% IRG withholding for resident individuals, deducted at source. Companies that listed recently benefit from a five-year exemption, so their dividends are paid without withholding. Both cases are reflected in the net figures above.
Figures are compiled from COSOB notices, SGBV communiqués and company publications, and are provided for information only. Confirm with your broker or the company before relying on them.
