CRAPC Expertise SPA is the commercial arm of the Centre de Recherche Scientifique et Technique en Analyses Physico-Chimiques (CRAPC), a public research body under Algeria's Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Bou-Ismaïl (Tipaza), it provides physico-chemical analysis, industrial expertise, technical assistance, scientific-equipment maintenance, and laboratory supplies. On 14 July 2026 it was admitted to the Growth Compartment of the Algiers Stock Exchange through a 15% capital increase — 39,000 new shares offered at 1,600 DA (62.4 million DA) — becoming the first spin-off of a public research institution to list on the exchange.
